2018 Ulysses Annual Meeting
We are organising the Ulysses Adventure Riders Special Interest Group annual meeting and warmly encourage all old, continuing and new UAR SIG members to join in this event.
REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
Camping – It’s basically a camping event. There are just a few beds that we’ll allocate to those in genuine need. Note: Early registrants have been allocated most of the beds.
Cost – The cost is $175 per person. This includes camping facilities and meals. Those few with a bed will pay more.
Meals – It’s good tucker. Catering is from dinner on Tuesday to breakfast on Thursday.
Beer – The local pub will supply a small range of pre-ordered cold beer cans and stubbies to the Station’s refrigerators on Tuesday. The cost is $16 per six-pack. This includes a small fund-raising margin to assist NAR with its set-up costs.
Day Ride – World Heritage Mungo National Park is about 1 ½ hours away so we’re planning an optional day ride on the Wednesday. The Station will supply a packed lunch for those participating.
Fuel and Supplies – Available at nearby Balranald.
Getting There – You’ll make you own way to the Station. We can help you find someone to ride with, if you want us to. If you’re organising a ride to the event, please let us know when you register or via comment below or email@example.com, so we can add it to the list below.
Ride Forms – Please note that UAR SIG ride forms do not carry over to NAR and you’ll need to complete new forms. See Ride With Us.
Payment – Payment is due promptly on registration. Please pay $175 plus $16 per six-pack to the bank account below. Please put your surname in the details field.
